At Creamelle, we take pride in every cake and treat we create. If something isn't quite right, we want to make it sweet again!

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Custom or personalized cake orders are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos of the product are helpful and appreciated.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• Custom or personalized cake orders (unless defective)

Exchanges

We happily exchange items for the same product if it arrives damaged or defective. Contact us and we'll sort it out faster than frosting a cupcake! 🎂
